Losing your butt in the trucking business is always a possibility but even worse is looking down and finding it seeping out your bellybutton and wrapping around the steering wheel! Get some exercise. Sitting in that seat for hours on end creates "truck driver belly".

To change a older truck tire its a good tip to loosen the lug nuts a little then drive back and forth in a small space to break it loose from the drum before jacking up the truck to change the tire.
